What Is Sea Moss?
Sea Moss is a sea algae known for its numerous healing properties. There are several different species of Sea Moss/ Irish Moss. The species we stock is known as Eucheuma Cottoni. It can be eaten raw or cooked but in the Caribbean is often boiled, mixed with nutmeg and blended with condensed milk to make an apparently libido enhancing wonder drink! Sea Moss can also be made into a gel.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be intact in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
As soon as we receive your shipped item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after proper inspection of the returned item. If we approved your return, we will start the refund process back to the original method of payment or to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
Depending on the amount of item at the time of purchase. Buyer might be responsible for paying the cost of shipping the returne item. Please note, except on an exceptional cases. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
